What size car do you need?
Limousines range in size capacity: from 6 passengers to 14 passengers. Just remember - putting six people in a six-passenger car is like putting 3 people in the back seat of a regular car. It works but it's a little cozy, especially with everyone in more clothing than normal. In general, to guarantee the highest level of luxury and comfort, subtract 2 from the rated capacity of the car. Back to Top

How does pricing work?
Limousines are hired by the hour. There is usually a minimum and a service charge or gratuity will be added to the advertised price. The minimum is normally 3 hours but depends on time of year, time of day, day of the week, and what other events are going on at the same time. A 20% service charge is added to the price and this takes care of the gratuity so you don't have to worry about that at the time of service. Back to Top

How far in advance do I need to reserve a limousine?
Book as far in advance as possible. As a general rule if your wedding is at a peak time of year and on a popular day of the week, at least get a block of time reserved 6-8 weeks before the wedding. You can work out the details later. Otherwise, 2-4 weeks is a good idea. When you reserve the limousine, either 50% payment or a credit card wilt be required to guarantee your booking. Back to Top

What should I do if the minimum is more time than I need?
You of course don't have to use the car for the entire time but there are some things you can do to make use of the remaining time that you are already paying for. You can give rides around the block to children or other guests; you can have the chauffeur run last minute errands for you; you can have family or other honored guests driven between the wedding events on additional trips, or anything else you can think of. We can help you decide what works for your situation. Back to Top

What is a split and do you offer them?
A split is when you take a block of time and split it to use some of the time early in the day and the rest of the time later without paying for the time in between. We offer splits under the following circumstances: the total rental time is al least four hours; the split blocks are not less than two hours; and there is a four hour time span between the blocks. How do I make a reservation?
After we plan exactly what you need and come up with a final price, we will require a deposit in one of two forms: Either a credit card number or a 50% payment. With the 50% payment, the time slot is reserved for you, and the balance is due on or before the day of service. With the credit card (the most common method), we authorize your card but do not make any charges until after the service is done. This way, if you wish to pay by another method at a later time, you may do so and we will not charge the card. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Personal Checks are accepted for deposits only and are accepted no less than (2) weeks prior to the ride. Personal Checks are not accepted on the day of the ride. Once the time slot is reserved, there is a fifty percent cancellation fee if we cannot rebook the time slot for the same amount of money and if we have turned away business as a result. This way, if you cancel the next day and are still months from the wedding date, you will probably be OK, but if you cancel the morning of the wedding, you will owe the fee. If you cancel within 12 hours, the full amount is due.  Back to Top
